What drives us
Working in a field that excites us and knowing what we do every day has a positive impact on the world in which we live, is a very good feeling. In both our solar or electrical work, collectively reducing the negative impact we have on our planet is of fundamental importance.
Together, with the help and commitment of our customers, we can help drive this positive environmental change by making good choices every day - engaging in sustainable practices and investing in sustainable technologies.
Social & environmental responsibility
Social and environmental responsibility is at the heart of everything we do. This consciousness permeates all aspects of our business - from the strategies and operating systems we have put in place, to the daily eco-efforts employed by of every member of the team.
Putting good energy into a great cause
Every year we get the team together to throw ideas around initiatives we could execute that would make a difference in our communities. That might be gifting of a solar system to a family in need, a community group or school. We vote on the ideas and make a plan to implement them.
The Lightforce Team
We carefully select each member of the team based on skill-set, personality and ability to communicate with our customers and with each other. This means we can deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and service on every job.
Our recruitment process is rigorous but this means we end up with a team that our customers can truly trust - our greatest offering really is our calibre of people.
